WHAT IS CONNECT2CADILLAC?
Mission
To be a welcoming committee and to engage business professionals in the area to stay here and to provide them with the opportunities and resources to live/work/play & grow personally and professionally (No age requirement, other than 21+)
Connect2Cadillac was born by a group from the 2022-2023 Cadillac Leadership Class that wanted to create a group that connected others to the Cadillac Area. Not only was the vision to have an interactive network experience, but to be a resource group that could help someone either new to the area, or not feeling connected, get to know other business professionals AND have a better connection to Cadillac. Our Advisory Committee is compiled with Business Professionals ranging from all ages. These leaders not only are active in their Business professions, but also engaged in Cadillac and have the resources to help connect you with what aligns with your passions.
Connect2Cadillac will rotate every month between 3 events, allowing everyone a chance to network. Each quarter, there will be a Large Activity Event, Followed the next month by a Coffee & Connections early hour, followed the next month by a Leadership Development Afternoon Hour to which businesses will be invited to send employees who are looking to engage but don’t have the capacity for a long-term time commitment. Then Repeat allowing everyone a chance to fit an opportunity into their schedules.
Goals To bridge the gap of the following needs in our area:
-Groups to Volunteer together
-Professional and Social networking not limited to an age but catered to all who want to connect and feel like Cadillac is home.
-Professional and Personal Development that does not have a time commitment
-Explore Cadillac (Non-Profits, Resources, Activities, Trails, Businesses, Volunteer Opportunities and more)
